![]() The DAD University Statement of Faith and FundamentalsWe believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old Testament and New Testament are the inerrant, inspired, and infallible Word of God. God’s Word is the final authority for faith and life. We believe there is only one God, and He has chosen to reveal Himself as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe man was created in the image of God and the sin of Adam (the first man) marred that image, creating an eternal divide between God and man. Every person is born in sin. We believe the only way a person can have a true, forgiven relationship with God is through Jesus Christ’s sacrifice on the cross. Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary and conceived by the Holy Spirit. Jesus became man without ceasing to be God. Our right standing with God is made sure because of His literal, physical resurrection. We believe in the literal, physical return of Jesus to judge the living and the dead. We believe God offers eternal life as a free gift and that it must be received by faith alone through God’s grace alone. The life that comes from this gift is a permanent possession of the one receiving it. We believe the church of the Lord Jesus Christ is a local body of believers on mission to enlarge God’s kingdom. The local church is autonomous, free of any external authority of control. We believe in believer’s baptism and the Lord’s Supper are the two ordinances of the church.

Daniel Kirk
God has blessed me with a beautiful family including my wife Linda of 32 years and 2 grown daughters Katie & Kelly. I am originally from South Dakota, and we have lived in California, Virginia and most recently Magnolia, Texas for the last 14 years. I am active in my church and have learned the importance of having a Christian support system. I first met Jeff Springer as our daughter’s Principal. Getting to know him and watch how he lives his mission is very inspiring to me. My 35 year career with Shell Oil Company has helped develop many skills and my walk with God is proving it’s time to repurpose these skills in retirement with various charities. I enjoy traveling, hiking high points, and many outdoor activities. I cherish my girls and Dad U is helping me to live into God’s calling as a D.A.D.
Alan Radwanski
I have been married to a wonderful woman since 2007 and I am a DAD to three kids. I enjoy fishing, running, and most sports (playing and watching). I am an active member of my church and have a passion for mission work, both local and abroad. I am dedicated to becoming a better Christian, husband, and father... and golfer! I fail often, but intentionally surround myself with others who can pick me up. I have an engineering degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and an MBA from Rice. I have spent my entire career in the chemicals industry, starting out in R&D, but spending the last 10+ years in various commercial roles. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, spent 4 years in South Carolina, and have lived in the Houston area since 2007.
Mike Hoffman
I have been married to my amazing wife since 2001 and have two boys who continue to make me proud. I grew up in the suburbs of Washington DC, received a B.S. in Geology from Virginia Tech and an M.S. in Geology from Texas A&M. I have worked in the oil and gas industry, primarily living in the Houston, Texas area since 1996. My job has allowed me to be involved in projects all over the world. I am a sports enthusiast, rarely missing an opportunity to watch, play or coach sports of all types. I also enjoy relaxing on a beach, any beach, as the sound of the ocean brings me peace. I am an active member of my church and I aspire to let my faith guide me in every action. The combination of growing in my faith and seeing many diverse cultures around the world has driven me to believe that God gives us the blueprint to live by. No matter where I wandered, I observed one seemingly universal truth: the happiest homes were those with a set of strong parents who lived their faith every day.
